Last night we went to the 2nd Offshore Radio Theatre at The Kelvin Club. I did my hair and wore a 60's lace cocktail dress. (And a fur wrap - it was cold!)
Curl your hair in sections towards your face. I did a side part.
Leave for as long as possible and gently unroll the curls.
Comb them with your fingers.
Roll your fringe section and pin. Ta-da.

More pics to come!
Your bangs are so fantastic. :)

ReplyDeleteI love your dress Karlee and your hair is so pretty! I wish mine wasn't curly already and then I could style it like that... I have yet to try pin curls, but I am thinking they'll be kind of funny with my hair. I shall have to see.

Aww you look so lovely! I'm so tempted to get my hair cut short but my boyfriends not keen. Hope you had fun :) xx
ReplyDeleteI just realized with this new hair tutorial that I've been following your blog for a year - ever since last year's movie premiere when I was trying to figure out how to do my hair!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great work, and I'll be rag-rolling my curls on Wednesday thanks to your tutelage.
Your hair is sheer perfection, as is I should add, that immensely lovely lace dress!
ReplyDeleteJoyful Tuesday wishes,

Your lace dress is so delicate and beautiful with the blue ribbon. You make the hairdo look so easy, I'll just have to try it - amazing job!
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to tell you that I really love what you do. I am so into last century fashion (even if I don't sew as much as I would like)! So I made a little article about you in my blog

I am sorry it is in french (not enough time for the translation). Keep going !
