Awww! What a sweetie! I had a bunny as a kid. Watch out for your pretty dresses - mine sometime liked to have a nibble! Also, rabbits can be easily topilet trained - just like you would teach a cat to use a litter, which might be nice if he is an indoors bunny :)
Oh so cute love his colouring love bunnies....
:D so cute! oh my gosh congrats on the new little guy :)
Watxh out for him chewing on cables! (Tv, electrical etc) ours used to do it all the time!!
Aww he is so cute! I wish I could have a rabbit but they are not allowed in QUeensland.
I had a bunny when i was younger. There amazing pets but watch out for your power cords mine used to love the chew on them.I would say your barbies to but you may be a little to old for that on : )Alexhttp://alexslifeafter20.blogspot.com/
Awwww what a handsome fellow. I have two house bunnies, so let me know if you have any questions. Like everyone else said beware of the chewing! Ours chew EVERYTHING ( walls, floors, furniture, fabric) so get him lots of toys to chew on so he doesn't get tempted. They make the best pets xx
He's adorable! We just have wild rabbits here. All I would suggest is making sure any water features are clear of mosquito larvae, since they spread the mixy and you don't want little JD getting sick!
Aww so cute. I have a little girl dwarf lop eared bunny who is getting into her prime now but still needs someone keeping an eye on her. She gets up to mischief. She used to nibble anything with rubber: cables, bicycle tyres, and she loved wallpaper too. So watch out for those if he's indoors. If he goes outdoors I hope you don't have a lot of pretty flowers because they may get their heads bitten off. Also, before "Splodge" was spayed she would mark her territory by peeing against the wall and rubbing her chin on EVERYthing. She was a little aggressive too and humped my boyfriend's hand. That all stopped when her hormones calmed down. She's more chilled out now but still gets a little grumpy if she hasnt had a run outside that day and will stamp in the hutch. She stamps too if something scares her at night. It can be very loud! Has your bunny done the funny flip in the air when he's happy? Or thrown himself down on his side against a wall/sofa to lie down and chill out. My favourite is the karate chop they do with their front paws before they wash their face! so cutesorry for the essay! :)
awww he's so cute - i've always wanted a bunny xx
I also say the chewing thing. In addition, they eat their feces because they only half-digest their food, but I can't remember if this is good or not.
mine ate my shoes, power cords, anything, they like to chew so give him/her wood to chew on as it grinds down their ever-growing teeth, also, they love to dig! the best thing is when they binky which is when they jump up like a bit of a happy skip thing, if you do it, then they do it too apparently!?! so cute! they also love being stroked on the head, if they shut their eyes that means they are relaxed and happy :-)
I had a blank and white one. Adorable! And yes, watch out for the electric cords!
Hello JD, you're an absolute cutie and I love your brown and white fur:)). I don't know much about rabbits as they're banned here in Queensland - so we have a guinea pig instead, who loves to chew everything.
How adorable is he? What a great colour too :)There is so much to learn about bunnies- but just keep in mind that a) they CAN be trained and b) they are most friendly when extensively handled :) Enjoy him!Oh and a tip to calm- hand on their head covering their eyes. Calms in any needy situation.
Very cute! I had a bunny when i was younger and i learned.... cats and bunnies ok.. dogs and bunnies not ok!
It surely is a nice bunny, but you know that they should not be kept alone? The need bunny interaction partners to socialise and do "bunny stuff", otherwise they tend to be unhappy and can get neurotic...http://www.myhouserabbit.com/tip_multiple.php
Oh, he's very cute!I miss my rabbit, she passed away almost one month ago. She became 9 years old. I would be very happy if you checked my blog out! http://monrous.blogspot.com
